An executive forum created, owned and produced by Event Specialists. We brought 80 executives together in Ottawa through an experience we managed from concept to completion.

Engaging Associations Forum ran from 2014 to 2019, creating a place for executives to connect and learn alongside their peers.
The community wanted it back. In 2025, Event Specialists took over the Forum and led its return, building on the relationships and purpose that had made it valuable.
Our role was to honour that foundation while giving leaders a reason to come together again.
For 2026, we leaned further into the experience the Forum was meant to provide: a boutique gathering where senior leaders could step away from daily demands, exchange candid perspectives and work through the choices ahead.
Under the theme From Disruption to Direction – Lead What’s Next, we designed a programme that made room for participation. Keynotes and panels sat alongside Deep Dives, roundtables, The Lab and Coaching Corner, giving executives different ways to contribute, connect and apply what they heard.
The room was curated for executive peer exchange, with partners contributing to the experience through defined partnership opportunities.
As the Forum’s owner and producer, Event Specialists handled every part of the event: strategy, programme design, speakers, partnerships, marketing, registration, technology, budgets, venue coordination and production.
That complete ownership allowed us to carry the Forum’s purpose through the planning and into the room.
The 2026 edition welcomed 80 executives to Rogers Centre Ottawa. More than 30% of attendees had participated in more than one Forum, with returning partners and speakers adding to that continuity.
The Forum’s return became the foundation for its next chapter: a community with renewed opportunities to gather, share perspectives and keep learning together.
The 2026 edition built on the Forum’s return, welcoming repeat attendees, partners and speakers alongside new faces. We continue to shape the programme and create opportunities for executives to stay connected, exchange perspectives and learn together throughout the year.
