Event Specialists has worked with NCFL since 2020, supporting both virtual and in-person events.
Since the return to inperson in 2021, we worked hand in hand with the NCFL events team to deliver an exceptional conference. Our role included project management, overall delivery support and the attendee experience, alongside technical production and AV management.
NCFL needed a partner who could become a second set of hands for its team and help deliver the conference as intended.
The multi-day programme included general sessions and several breakout sessions, creating interconnected planning and technical requirements. Additional capacity was needed to coordinate delivery while keeping the attendee experience in view.
We worked within NCFL’s planning process, supporting its staff and connecting our responsibilities to the wider conference plan.
Our project management support helped coordinate the work across planning and delivery. We considered how those decisions would affect attendees throughout the conference.
Our technical producer reviewed AV requirements and proposals, supported negotiations and coordinated technical preparations across the general session and breakout rooms.
