BGV brought Event Specialists into Pull Up & Pitch for our project management expertise and ability to bring the moving pieces together.
We provided event management, speaker management, venue management, registration, onsite logistics, technical setup and marketplace coordination. We also worked with their presenting partner Target to ensure brand alignment.
The event needed to reflect BGV’s brand and the professionalism audiences and partners expected from its pitch competitions.
Speakers, vendors, technical requirements and partner expectations all needed to come together in a coordinated experience. BGV needed a team that could manage delivery while helping bring its vision to life.
We connected the different areas of delivery through a shared planning process, coordinating responsibilities, preparations and communications. Regular updates kept BGV and its partner informed as the event took shape.
We helped introduce a vendor marketplace, managing logistics and communications to create another opportunity for businesses to participate.
A video testimonial booth gave attendees a fun way to share their experiences. DJ Diamond Kuts brought the local celebrity flair and an opportunity for live entertainment within the experience, while a sponsor reception in a VIP area provided a dedicated setting for partner hospitality.
BGV highlighted our professionalism and project management as the most valuable parts of working with Event Specialists.
Partner feedback was also positive, particularly around communication, regular updates and our ability to bring the vision to life.
The event brought pitching, a marketplace, local entertainment, attendee storytelling and sponsor hospitality into one coordinated experience.
Our work on this event is part of an ongoing partnership with Black Girl Ventures that began in 2020. We continue to provide event management and production support as needed.
