Event Specialists has produced the Justice for All Virtual Summit since 2024.
For the 2026 edition, we provided event design and strategy, project management, supplier liaison, sponsor and exhibitor management, and speaker management. A dedicated event producer led two days of live production, supported by speaker rehearsals, technical checks and attendee technical support.
Registration ran through Swoogo, with the virtual experience being hosted on PheedLoop. We also pre-recorded and edited session content for on-demand viewing.
When the partnership began, The Winters Group had not produced a virtual event before. The team wanted to maintain the quality its audiences expected, prepare speakers for virtual delivery and encourage engagement with the content.
The experience needed to reflect the professionalism of The Winters Group, with clear guidance for speakers and attendees.
Strong project management connected programme planning, speaker coordination and technical production. Attendee communications explained what to expect and how to participate.
Every speaker was required to complete a virtual technical check. Rehearsals helped speakers understand the delivery process and gave us time to address technical questions before the event.
We recorded and edited pre-recorded sessions to maintain consistent presentation quality across the programme. During the summit, our producer coordinated the live delivery while technical support helped attendees access the experience.
The summit combined two days of live production with recorded content available on demand, supporting access during and beyond the live programme.
The client’s feedback highlighted the smooth delivery and the value of the team behind it.
What began in 2024 as support for The Winters Group’s first professional virtual summit became an ongoing production partnership. We have continued to manage planning, speaker preparation, content production and virtual delivery across successive editions.
