Helping SRF evolve from a virtual summit into an in-person experience with hybrid participation. We brought event management, registration, technology and onsite production together for its 2025 edition.

The partnership began in 2022, when Event Specialists produced a virtual summit and helped define what the Summit for Religious Freedom could become.We subsequently supported the transition to hybrid delivery and produced its in-person events.
From 2024, our scope included project management, registration management, finance and budgets, supplier liaison, venue and food and beverage management, and sponsor and exhibitor management. We also provided hybrid platform and app management, onsite support, technical production, AV show calling and content production support.
SRF needed to translate its goals and vision into an in-person experience while continuing to support virtual participation.
The transition brought new requirements for venue operations, technical production and coordination across the two audiences. Speakers, partners and attendees needed an experience that reflected the summit’s purpose.
We helped the AU team connect their goals and expectations to the practical decisions involved in producing an in-person summit.
Registration ran through Swoogo, while PheedLoop hosted the hybrid experience and event app. We coordinated platform setup and launch, exhibitor onboarding, helpdesk operations and live execution.
Onsite, our team supported event operations and technical production. AV show calling and content production support brought the programme together, alongside venue and supplier coordination.
SRF developed from a virtual summit into an in-person event with hybrid participation, supported by coordinated planning, technology and onsite delivery.
Across the partnership, speakers and partners shared enthusiastic feedback about the summit and the service and support behind it. The 2026 edition continued that work for an event that welcomes approximately 350 attendees annually.
