Here is Your Step by Step Plan for Hybrid Event Success!
At this live certificate program you’ll be able to start planning a hybrid event without the stress AND enjoy the process.
Virtual & hybrid meetings and events are creating new opportunities for meeting professionals in terms of content delivery, engagement and attendance. As a result, the skills to plan virtual and hybrid events are now required knowledge. Due to the social distancing regulations, meetings will be extended to a virtual audience and planners need the tools to plan and execute them efficiently.
Created for meeting professionals by hybrid event producers, this hands-on program includes in-class training delivered virtually, office hours, a private community and a practicum component.
The Hybrid Event Manager Certificate program is designed to give you in-class knowledge, accountability and guidance, and hands-on experience.

We start with the foundations of virtual and Virtual meetings and then dive into the essentials necessary to plan a Virtual event.
Virtual events require far more event design work than in-person events so we will spend a fair amount of time on this. The course builds from these starting blocks. From pre-event to onsite, we’ll talk teams and how responsibilities differ from in-person planning.
We do need to understand platforms and streaming technology. We’ll bring in cutting-edge experts to share their experience and knowledge with you. Internet will also be discussed. Then, we’ll dive into the heart and soul of Virtual meetings: engagement. Best practices will be discussed to create an environment of learning, exchange and focus at your Virtual meetings.
Virtual meetings that have great content can drive significant revenue for the organization at the event and afterward. Sponsorship, what to charge and how to monetize your event will give you the full picture of how your organization can build revenue from your events. Lastly, we will discuss how ROI has been demonstrated through a budget deep-dive.
The last session will test the group’s knowledge by planning a virtual and hybrid event together. Not only will you ensure that you have the major tenets of Virtual meetings down, but there is plenty of time for questions along the way.
It’s time to put the knowledge into action by producing a virtual event. If a hybrid option is possible, that will also be added to the project. The Planning, Promotion & Execution of the event is the last step in your certification!
