This service is for the couple who needs a little help with their planning or is unsure where to begin. We are pleased to offer support and guidance at any stage of the planning process. Let us know what you need help with, and will come to the consultation with your options outlined for you.

For example, you have a specific budget and theme in mind but aren't sure which venue(s) you should be considering. Contact Event Specialists and we will source your options (and check availability) and bring you a complete report of your options.

One Hour Consultations may include:

Theme development
Design and decor ideas
Venue search
Vendor search (limo, decorator, floral designer, lighting, DJ, favours...)
Checklists and timeline development
Information about marriage licenses
Budget development and tips on saving money
Gift ideas for parents, bridal party, the bride and the groom
Any other questions and concerns the couple would like to address

Consultations may be conducted in person, over the phone or online. Each consultation also comes with a list of Event Specialists' preferred vendors.
