This service is for the couple that has taken care of the arrangements themselves but would like a professional on-hand the day of the wedding.

This package includes:

• 3 hours of pre-planning consultation for such things as itinerary development, help with seating plans, etiquette consultations, etc.
• A visit to the reception venue
• Coordination of the wedding rehearsal

Planning and coordination of the wedding day:

• Vendor confirmations one-two weeks prior to the wedding date
• Managing all necessary liaison with all parties such as hotel/venue owners, photographer, videographer, banquet manager, florist, decorator, etc.
• Vendor final payments
• Overseeing the setup and decoration of the ceremony and reception/banquet hall
• Coordinating with the Banquet Manager, emcee and other parties on the flow of events and program
• Managing all necessary liaison related to the reception
• Ensure that all items belonging to the bride and groom, including gifts are collected from the venue and dealt with accordingly
• On-site support up to 12 hours on the wedding day
• Follow up with the vendors after the wedding when necessary
